Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver commercially focused projects that align with the company's revenue management and audio advertising strategies.
  • Ccoordinate the deployment and integration of new systems or upgraded processes, ensuring seamless functionality and adoption.
  • Lead regular reporting meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for each project, tracking metrics such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive initiatives that support the commercial development of audio advertising platforms, fostering sustainable growth in alignment with the company's broader business strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with teams in sales, finance, ad operations, marketing, and technology.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Project Management, Media, or a related field.
  • Preferred project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in managing complex commercial projects within the media, audio, or entertainment industries.
  • Analytical & Solution-Oriented: strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach to project challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: skilled in building relationships and presenting project updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello, and experience with CRM, revenue management, or data-driven sales systems.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
