At Farrans (Construction) Limited, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Peterborough.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned commercial professional to manage a team of contractors and supply chain partners on a large-scale infrastructure project.

  • We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in commercial management on major projects, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
  • A strong understanding of NEC contract administration is essential, as well as excellent IT skills and manual UK driving license.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving commercial results through financial reporting, managing subcontractor accounts, and negotiating final accounts and measurements.

Responsibilities will include monitoring project expenditure, providing cost analysis, and negotiating with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will also be responsible for creating commercial risk profiles and mentoring team members to drive collaboration and innovation within the project team.
