About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Iceland. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store availability and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions to the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day week, including weekends and bank holidays.
