About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional to join our team as a Senior HSE Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety strategies across our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies across the manufacturing site
  • Work closely with site management teams to ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed
  • Maintain and develop the sustainability path
  • Implement site management systems in line with ISO 45001/14001
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role in Manufacturing, preferably Food as the HSE Manager
  • A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Systems knowledge is essential, specifically in Microsoft Excel
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, flexible start and finish times across the week, private healthcare, dental, and a 10% bonus structure.
