We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at our well-established Hotel & Bar in Southsea, Portsmouth. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of events and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage
  • Source and procure stock as required
  • Organize promotions and events to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative promotions and events
