About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Bristol Waste Company. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks, including floor cleaning, sanitization, and dusting and polishing.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery effectively and safely.
- Manage waste and recycling, ensuring that all materials are disposed of correctly.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
