We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Engineering Graduate to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for gaining in-depth insight into all aspects of manufacturing in an electronics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain experience in production processes and optimization, planning, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in training programs to strengthen technical and professional skills and personal development
During a 3-month assignment in a Bosch plant in Germany, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting specialist and project tasks on operational and strategic topics, including automation, digitalization, problem-solving, BPS, and value stream management.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Familiarity with software, engineering tools, and general knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and is able to work flexibly in a team environment. German language skills are desirable but not essential.
