Job Description

Connect44 is seeking a highly skilled SOC Analyst to support our UK team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 case resolution, resolving complex security cases, and generating initial reporting.
  • Day-to-day incident triage and escalation using contextual and threat intelligence.
  • Offer security expertise to escalated incidents.
  • Act as the incident handler for P1/P2 incidents.
  • Administer and configure SIEM and Incident notification toolsets.
  • Utilize threat intelligence capabilities for proactive threat hunting.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding security incidents.
  • Aid in the development of incident response procedures and playbooks.
  • Contribute to the design and development of defence and response strategies, knowledge base, and playbooks.
Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies.
