Examination Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Examination Specialist. As an Examination Specialist, you will be responsible for marking and evaluating student assessments to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Mark student assessments accurately and consistently to maintain overall standards
- Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times
- Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to
- Complete all administration tasks as specified
Requirements
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification
- Be a qualified teacher with at least one year's experience at GCSE or International GCSE level within the last 8 years
- Be fluent in writing and speaking English
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have a high level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme
Additional Information
The marking period is between May and July, and you must be available to mark to the agreed deadlines during this time. Training will take place remotely (online), and you will be required to undertake new examiner training before starting.
