Job Title: Assistant Manager

Abercrombie & Fitch Stores is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales results, providing best-in-class customer service, and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our store.
  • Drive Sales: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels to provide a cohesive customer experience.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment and supervise sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and ensure efficient stockroom management.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Manage staffing levels, create schedules, and oversee payroll processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store staff, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Asset Protection: Implement measures to prevent theft and protect store assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
