About the Role

Cera Care is seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Professional Care Workers. As a Professional Care Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, as well as light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Support clients with medication management and administration.
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  • Must be aged at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Have a caring and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
