Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ladies Footwear Manager to join our team at Selfridges Trafford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Deliver budgeted sales and revenue targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience across all touchpoints
    • Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
