About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and delivering a great customer experience in an ever-increasingly digital world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring all interactions are handled in compliance with our internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote our digital servicing options to customers, helping them to understand the benefits and overcome any objections.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints, resolving as many as possible at the first point of contact and escalating others.

Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grades A to C, including English and Maths.
  • General awareness of good mobile app and website use and elements of user security.
