We are seeking a skilled Bid Content Specialist to join our sales team at Zest. As a key member of our bid team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality content for proposals and tenders that showcase our value proposition and win themes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Bid, Senior Bid Manager, and Bid Manager in writing and coordinating bid responses, ensuring timely submission and alignment with the bid cycle.
- Produce high-scoring proposal content that clearly articulates the benefits of our Electric Vehicle charging solutions to meet specific client needs, answering tender questions, and aligning with the tender scoring matrix or market best practice.
- Develop and manage a network of subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive and compelling bids.
- Maintain internal content, including our bid library, CVs, and subject matter content, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Engage with the sales team and wider business to ensure thorough and compelling bids are written and submitted.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including:
- Internal: Chief Development Officer, Head of Bid, Senior Bid Manager, Bid Manager, Public Sector BDMs, Project Coordinator, Social Value Manager, Customer Experience Director, Marketing Manager, Finance Director, CTO, Technical Director, and Operations Director.
- External: Procurement officers, Directors of Service, Senior Managers, Sustainability/Environmental Leads, Public and Private Sector bodies.
- Strong writing and project management skills.
- Commercial knowledge and good business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
