Care Services Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are working with a leading provider of specialist care for children and families to find a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead their new family centre. This organisation is committed to delivering high-quality services that support families in need.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and managing a team of dedicated staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted.
- Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant social work qualification or equivalent, significant experience in a similar role, and strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
