Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Process orders, manage delivery lead times, and communicate with customers regarding product availability and pricing.
- Monitor and control daily invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
- Issue customer credits and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain the ERP system, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve quality complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product recalls and maintain accurate records.
- Support the tender process, providing documentation and samples as required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using various software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous customer service experience in a similar industry.
- English proficiency and strong written communication skills.
