About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and maintaining accurate records of your work. You will also build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care plans that meet their individual needs.

You will be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will need to be able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
