Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administration professional to join our team as an Administration Support Specialist for Sleep Services. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sleep and NIV team, working closely with administrative, secretarial, nursing, and medical colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient administration service, including audio typing of clinical letters, discharge summaries, and other annotation and medical records handling.
  • Undertake filing and other administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of duties.
  • Work in a busy office environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing service demands.
Requirements
  • NVQ Business Administration L3 or equivalent experience
  • RSA / OCR level 2 or equivalent experience (must be a proficient user of Microsoft Word)
  • IT related qualification CLAIT plus / ECDL or equivalent experience

The salary for this position is estimated at around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
