Dedicated Care Worker Required

Job Overview:
We are a family-based business looking for a trusted Personal Support Assistant to join our team. As a vital member of our staff, you will provide essential care and support to a lady in her home, enabling her to live independently and safely.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and be able to work flexibly, including weekends. You will need to be available for at least 20 hours per week, with occasional overtime. A competitive hourly rate of up to £13.59 (rising to £14.30 after 6 months) is offered for this role.
A 3-month training and induction programme is provided to ensure you feel confident and competent in your new role. This includes learning about our specific needs, such as using a ventilator and providing postural support.
