Job Summary: Operations Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Planning Specialist to join our team at Cooper Lomaz. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating production supply instructions, maintaining capacity plans, and managing material orders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate production schedules and capacity plans.
  • Develop and implement efficient operations planning strategies.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Plant Managers, Line Leaders, and customer-facing teams.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs related to operations planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a production planning or operations role.
  • Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: A competitive salary of £38,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
