Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Manage medication and administer as required
* Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a high standard of nutrition and hydration
* Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents and their families
* Deputise for the Lead Senior Support Worker as needed
* Support residents with exercise and physical activity
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
