About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical health, resilience, and operational performance of our SaaS technology components. The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and outcomes for customers.
  • Ensuring the GI technology ecosystem, including SaaS platforms, operates at peak performance while adhering to IT risk, audit, and security standards.
  • Driving engineering excellence through high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and removing roadblocks.
  • Defining and realising the target state architecture and technical roadmap for the SaaS ecosystem by aligning with Enterprise Architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards as well as SaaS vendors.
  • Managing the SaaS platform in a cost-effective manner, streamlining resources and budget.
