**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our Operations team at Northreach. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation tasks, and client interaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Manage daily cash receipts, allocate payments accurately, and process refunds seamlessly.
  • Reconciliation Tasks: Ensure the accuracy of bank reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, Credit Controllers, and debtors to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
  • Risk Control: Mitigate financial risks by safeguarding assets and minimizing client losses.
  • Office Operations: Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist with day-to-day office duties.

**Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Experience in financial or operational support roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Confidence in working with data, numbers, and financial systems.
