We understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in delivering high-quality care. As a Bank Night Senior Care Assistant at Gold Care Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting the care team and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is £13.00 per hour. You will also receive a range of benefits, including ESAS – Salary Advance, Employee Assistance Programme, Perkbox, Employee of the Month, Long term service awards, Blue Light Card, Professional Development, and Refer a Friend.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with all aspects of daily living. You will also answer the Nurse Call system, give assistance as required, and respond accordingly and pass on messages promptly.

Delivering high-quality care requires attention to detail and effective communication. As a Bank Night Senior Care Assistant, you will need to complete records where required to a satisfactory standard and arrange rotas to meet the care requirements of our residents.
