Dementia Care Support Worker

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Care Assistant at Stirlings Care Home in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
About the Position:
- Provide personal care and support to residents with dementia and other conditions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines, including washing, bathing, and toilet use.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
