We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times.

Job Summary:

  • Clean allocated rooms, including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets, and equipment.
  • Clean bathrooms and toilets, adhering to guidelines for germs and infestation control.
  • Maintain odour-free rooms.
  • Ensure awareness of COSHH statements and waste disposal protocols.
  • Be familiar with required care standards regulations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role or industry preferred, although not essential.
