About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Team Lead to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. This is a temporary position that requires flexibility and adaptability.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with other professionals to assess service users' needs, devise care plans, and evaluate outcomes that promote empowerment through the process. They will also participate in the assessment and treatment of service users, providing high-quality individualized care that addresses their needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working in healthcare settings, particularly within mental health or learning disability services. The post holder will support the Charge Nurse and the Team Leader to ensure that the service is managed effectively and efficiently in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a nursing staff team in the absence of the Charge Nurse.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality individualized care to service users.
  • Participate in the assessment and treatment of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute towards effective management and utilization of resources.

Requirements

  • Academic qualifications: RNMH/RNLD/RMN.
  • Membership of professional bodies: NMC.
  • Completed Preceptorship and can evidence this.

Salary: £25,542 - £34,530 per annum.
