About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at Mariposa Care Group as a Registered Home Manager at our Derwent care home in Low Westwood. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to provide outstanding care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care
  • Manage day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities, including admissions and assessments
  • Take responsibility for health and safety tasks, audits, and legislative requirements
  • Deliver exceptional person-centred care to all residents
Requirements
  • Health and social care qualification - Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or equivalent
  • Good standard of written and verbal English
  • Experience leading change programmes, operating at management level in a 'good' rated care home, and working with financial information and budgets are desirable but not essential
