Gallagher, a renowned global brokerage team, is seeking an Account Manager to join its Corporate division based in Leicester. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with clients in the corporate space, providing exceptional account servicing support and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating documents for new customers, including mid-term adjustments and renewals information.
- Ensuring accurate customer details are recorded and entered onto the system in a timely fashion to maintain data integrity.
- Obtaining renewal terms for customers, exploring alternative options to provide the best available solutions.
- Preparing renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensuring cover is bound by renewal date.
- Managing insurer and customer queries about policies, confirming cover with relevant insurers and processing policies as required.
- Addressing account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns.
- Applying fundamental legal and regulatory policies in relation to internal policies and insurance contracts.
About You
- Experience in cross-class commercial/corporate products is ideal.
- Knowledge of general commercial insurance is required.
- Holding or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification is desirable, as is being educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLAs.
- Evidence of rapport-building and providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
- Due diligence and process-driven to deadlines, happy to forward plan, organise, and analyse information.
- Fully proficient in Acturis.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
