Care and Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Worker to join our team at the CareTech Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care and support are delivered to our service users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a role model, engaging service users with daily activities, educational and behavioural support programmes, and leisure/recreational activities. You will also assist service users with food preparations, medication, housework, laundry, and shopping, as well as help them access the community and participate in hobbies and visit places of interest.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including up to 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, access to free online courses, and a stakeholder pension.
