The Role

The Construction Team Lead will be responsible for directly overseeing a team of Engineers in successfully completing a diverse range of civils projects in complex environments. As a key figure on-site, you will ensure all works are completed and compliant with company policies and procedures, meeting the client's satisfaction.

  • Establishing and maintaining accurate construction records and data sheets, adhering to contract requirements.
  • Supporting Site Agents/Contract Supervisors/Senior Engineers with general contract administration.
  • Conducting topographical surveys and assisting with the setup and monitoring of GPS on plant equipment.
  • Maintaining contract management quality records as directed by Senior Engineers/Site Agents.
  • Performing site surveys for weekly/monthly measurement purposes.

Requirements

A strong background in working on a variety of civil engineering projects, particularly in earthworks, drainage, concrete, piling, utilities, and canal works. Additionally:

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Experience with LSS or similar software.
  • Proficiency in multiple Civil Engineering disciplines.
