Regional Sales Lead UK

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team's Home and Living business unit, leveraging their expertise to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
About the PositionThis field-based role is based in Birchwood, Warrington, and covers the Midlands and North of the UK. As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Support existing customers and develop new relationships to drive sales growth;
- Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Conduct market and competition analysis to inform sales decisions;
- Provide comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs;
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage customer relationships;
- Maintain a positive brand image and communicate effectively with customers;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in sales in the same or similar industry selling to professional retail buyers;
- Strong strategic and customer focus;
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and drive sales growth;
- Passion for sales and openness to new sales opportunities;
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Excellent time management skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience;
- Pension with a Company contribution of up to 5%;

- 25 days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays;
- Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday each year;
