We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team's Home and Living business unit, leveraging their expertise to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

About the Position

This field-based role is based in Birchwood, Warrington, and covers the Midlands and North of the UK. As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support existing customers and develop new relationships to drive sales growth;
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to inform sales decisions;
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs;
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage customer relationships;
  • Maintain a positive brand image and communicate effectively with customers;
Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales in the same or similar industry selling to professional retail buyers;
  • Strong strategic and customer focus;
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships and drive sales growth;
  • Passion for sales and openness to new sales opportunities;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Excellent time management skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • An estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience;
  • Pension with a Company contribution of up to 5%;
  • Sick Pay, Life Assurance, Private Medical Cover, and EAP;
  • 25 days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays;
  • Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday each year;
