Supporting the Mental Health and Wellbeing of Children

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to pupils who have experienced adverse childhood experiences.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualised support to pupils in a range of schools across Oxfordshire
  • Work closely with class teachers to ensure effective support strategies are in place
  • Develop and deliver activities to support pupils' mental health and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff
  • Flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis
