Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated teaching professional to support the social, emotional, and mental health needs of pupils in our Ofsted-outstanding SEMH schools.
As an Educational Support Specialist, you will work with children and young people who require additional support due to behavioral challenges, ADHD, or trauma-related difficulties.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEMH needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective EHCPs, ensuring consistent progress and achievement.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, utilizing your expertise to overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating regularly with parents and carers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with the school's management team to ensure effective implementation of strategies and initiatives.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- PAYE payment system, ensuring accurate tax and National Insurance contributions without hidden admin charges.
