Residential Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Residential Operations Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Doncaster. This is a part-time position with a focus on administrative tasks related to supported accommodation rent collection and client services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer supported accommodation rent collection records in accordance with YMCA Doncaster's policies.
- Process applications for accommodation, including verifying references and risk information from external professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including discussions about payment plans and landlord matters.
- Issue warnings relating to payments and other landlord matters in accordance with procedures.
- Monitor client benefit claims and due dates, sharing relevant information with the local authority as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are met throughout all interactions.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, including audits and record-keeping.
About You:
- You have experience managing a varied workload and working accurately at pace.
- You possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- You are comfortable working with financial records and Microsoft Office software.
- You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and building professional relationships.
Requirements:
- Part-time position (5 hours/day, Monday to Thursday) based in Wood Street accommodation project.
- Flexible scheduling within set hours to be decided by the successful candidate.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary Range: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
