About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as On-Call Firefighters. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will play a vital role in protecting the community and responding to a wide range of incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and incidents, providing critical support to the community.
  • Work closely with other emergency services, such as police and ambulance, to ensure effective response and coordination.
  • Participate in regular training and drills to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community safety initiatives and programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old (you can apply once you are 17 1/2).
  • To live or work near the fire station, ensuring you can respond quickly to emergencies.
  • To have a good standard of physical fitness.
  • To have the right to work in the UK.
