We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our retail team at beBee Professionals in St Albans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Job Functions:

  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and building strong relationships with our valued clients.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Store Operations: Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a clean and tidy environment that reflects our brand values.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
