About the Company:

CV Library is pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding Senior Quantity Surveyor position for an office-based commercial lead role in Burton on Trent.

As part of our well-established main contractor client, you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing the commercial aspects of retail construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cost Estimation and Control: Conduct accurate cost estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Collaboration and Advice: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate cost advice.
  3. Contract Analysis: Analyze contracts, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  4. Sourcing and Negotiation: Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate favorable terms.
  5. Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and variations, ensuring alignment with budgetary requirements.

You will have autonomy to develop your career and work flexibly alongside a supportive team.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum
