About the Job:

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead our retail projects team at Randstad Construction and Property.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, conducting cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple retail projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Cost Management: Conduct accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids, negotiate favorable terms, and manage contracts to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project success.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours and career development opportunities.
