Job Title: Tech Lead Manager Frontend Software Development Supply Chain and Logistics
Overview:
The Tech Lead Manager will oversee the creation and management of a new engineering team dedicated to frontend and full stack development. This role involves building high-performing teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring effective communication with business teams. The focus is on enhancing the user experience for supply chain and logistics systems within a global e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building: Establish a new engineering team from scratch and support team members' career development.
- Management: Build and manage a team of frontend or full stack engineers, including mentoring and providing technical support.
- Leadership: Provide technical leadership and foster high-performing teams within the organization.
- Collaboration: Regularly communicate with business teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects.
- System Improvement: Collaborate with team members to enhance the experience and performance of supply chain and logistics systems and platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5 years of working experience, including managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong software programming capabilities and good code design and coding style.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithm design, analysis, and networking.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in solving CSS/JS multi-browser compatibility issues and optimizing frontend performance.
- Familiarity with at least one backend language (Java, Golang, Python, C) and common databases and messaging frameworks (MySQL, Redis, Kafka).
- Experience in full stack development is a plus.
- Excellent software design and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate, self-motivated, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
