Job Title: Tech Lead Frontend Software Development Supply Chain and LogisticsWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Frontend Software Development Supply Chain and Logistics to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and leading a new engineering team focused on frontend software development for a global ecommerce business specializing in short video content and affordable product discovery.
Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Set up and support a new engineering team, mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance.
- Technical Leadership: Build and manage a team of frontend or fullstack engineers, providing technical leadership and contributing to technical decisions on projects.
- Collaboration: Communicate regularly with business teams and contribute to product-related technical decisions.
- System Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve the experience and performance of supply chain and logistics systems and platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5 years of working experience, including experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithm design, and analysis, and networking.
- Experience with React, Angular, or equivalent libraries/frameworks.
- Experience with solving CSS/JS multibrowser compatibility issues and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with at least one backend language (Java, Golang, Python, C) and common databases and messaging frameworks (MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.).
- Experience in full stack development is a plus.
- Excellent software design and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate, self-motivated, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
