You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients, and will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment to patients across a range of care settings
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of new treatments and interventions
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our services
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, two or more distinct psychological therapies, and lifespan developmental psychology
- Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Training in clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
