School Behaviour Support Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Teach360 in Southwark. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour, providing individualised support and guidance to help them overcome their difficulties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them develop positive relationships and behaviours
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement tailored plans for students
- Act as a positive role model, setting a good example for students and promoting a culture of respect and empathy
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology or social work
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and parents
Working Arrangements: This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday. The salary is £100-£115 per day (dependent on experience).
