About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team at Clayton Davies. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on regulatory matters to our clients in the financial sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will work closely with financial advisory firms and discretionary investment management firms to ensure they are compliant with relevant regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough audits and file checks to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the FCA Handbook and its applications.
  4. You will draft internal technical papers and contribute to the development of manuals and toolkits to support our clients' compliance efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices by reading and summarizing relevant publications.
  6. Work independently at client offices or remotely from home.

What We're Looking For

  • A Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) and advanced CII Qualifications (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
