Role Summary:

Tripod Partners invites applications from skilled Educational Psychologists to fill this critical role. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for providing needs assessments for schools and families in East Anglia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive assessment plans to identify the educational and developmental needs of children and young people.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and other stakeholders to develop effective support strategies and interventions.
  • Deliver high-quality written reports to inform EHCPs and other support plans.
  • Provide expert guidance to schools and families to optimize outcomes for children with additional needs.
  • Work collaboratively across school and family settings in East Anglia.

Salary Information:

  • This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, offered as an umbrella or PAYE option.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A valid HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist is required.
  • Proven experience in conducting needs assessments for children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including families, schools, and multi-agency teams.
