Role Overview
Te Aratai College is seeking a skilled Guidance Counsellor to work with our students in years 7-15. This is a part-time position, working 2 days per week.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in years 7-15
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to promote student achievement and well-being
- Develop and implement strategies to engage disengaged students and improve student outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
