Senior Finance Manager - Management Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead our Management Accounts team at Inspired Pet Nutrition. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely month-end reporting, ensuring balance sheet control and reconciliation, and managing the team to operate as a shared service function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Management Accounts team to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive automation and technological development of the general ledger and management accounts function.
  • Deliver monthly capital accounting, reporting, and tracking.
  • Support the wider finance team with management accounts information.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA with auditing experience and post-qualification experience in industry.
  • Strong concept of customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Flexible and able to deliver to deadlines.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in an agile, fast-paced private equity environment.
  • Very good Excel skills.

  • 15% annual company bonus scheme.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
