We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Vision-FS Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planning Team in achieving their objectives and providing an outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of workflow from a client-facing perspective, ensuring records are maintained and information is accurate on Intelligent Office.
  • Ensure files and store records are held in accordance with internal standards, allowing for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Follow the firm's processes by entering adequate notes of activities in the back office system and providing clear instructions when passing tasks to other team members or teams.
  • Set up new prospects and opportunities on our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely input.
  • Draft letters, emails, and deal with client enquiries.
  • Arrange client meetings, prepare agendas, and complete meeting work, including technical and product research as required.
  • Post-client meetings: issue client meeting notes, liaise with clients over paperwork, and complete other actions as required.
  • Prepare and issue engagement documentation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of IFA Administration experience.
  • Intelligent Office experience.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Remuneration / Package
  • Up to £36,000 salary (depending on experience).
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • 5% Pension.
  • Study support.
  • 27 days annual leave.
