At Flagship Pioneering, we empower talented individuals to drive innovation and progress in life sciences. As an Immunology Project Lead, you will lead early discovery projects in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, leveraging your expertise in immunology, drug discovery, and project management.

Your key responsibilities will include contributing to and leading Immunology activities, working with cross-functional teams and CROs, and designing and interpreting somatic genomics platform studies for target identification. We value teamwork, execution focus, and a high level of motivation in our team members.

About the Position:
  • Estimated salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Location: Cambridge, MA
