About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting servers in delivering food and drinks to our guests in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our events department to provide a high level of service during busy periods.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a 'yes yes yes' mentality. Previous experience in the hotel or service-based industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables
  • Work closely with the events department to ensure seamless service during busy periods
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and events areas
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Previous experience in the hotel or service-based industry (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • A 'yes yes yes' mentality
  • A can-do attitude
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within the Accor Hotel group.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. We do not currently offer remote work options.
